1 package of dried noodles
1 block of firm tofu, diced

2 cups of water
2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
1 tablespoon of chili sauce

Instructions:
Soak the dried noodles in hot water for 10 minutes, or until softened. Drain and set aside.
In a pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and shallots and sauté until fragrant.
